Sneezing are normal phenomenon
Sneezing are normal phenomenon, just make sure you are keeping baby warm and no need for twice daily baths
Sneezing is the body trying to get rid of something irritating the nostrils....it is a protective reflex especially when the baby is exposed to those irritating substances or germs. There is no need to stop a baby from sneezing.....It is protective; however, you need to monitor the baby to watch out for respiratory infections which can happen when these protective influences are overwhelmed.
Kindly stop the self-medications. Keep the baby warm,
continue to breastfeed exclusively. You can also do steam inhalation with
your baby and kindly visit a doctor.

Also note that you can avoid known triggers like dust, grasses, hot or cold water, fumes, perfumes, food especially nuts, certain drinks, even fruits... The list is endless. If the trigger is unknown, you have to manage the condition which may require regular use of controller medications

Just keep baby warm and continue exclusive breastfeeding. If the catarrh is bad, you can do steam inhalation or just add a drop of euclayptus oil on to the cloth or hot water kept in the corner of the room...It will relieve the catarrh....You can also use saline drops into the nostrils. Most catarrh is viral infections which run their course no matter what you do and will go away on their own...all the above are just symptomatic relief treatment...No need to worry. Please try to avoid the risk factors for the catarrh....... No smoking, contact with siblings with cold, no fleeting or cooking in the room, avoid congested overcrowded room etc.......Also try to keep your baby warm and well hydrated.....If persists kindly see a Paediatrician for proper evaluation and management..

If you had described what you meant by watery it would have helped. However please note that EBF babies can poo up to 12 times in a day as long as the stools are normal. The normal stools for a baby is melon (egunsi like) it may seem watery with little seeds or paste. As long as the stools do not sink into the diaper like urine then there is nothing to worry about. But if you are still worried you may show the poo to your doctor. I hope this helps. Regards
