Their is a need to measure the temperature with digital thermometer. Anything between 36.5 and 37.5 is normal. If above 37.5, you can give paracetamol every 6 hours. You may also want to take the child to hospital if fever keeps rising or continues despite the paracetamol.
Please take the child back to the hospital for proper evaluation.
It may be the side effect of the medication. Kindly keep an eye on the child for a while. Some malaria drugs can cause weakness initially but improve over time. However if the child is extremely weak or you are worried then go back to the hospital for further evaluation and management.

The case of excessive sweat (hyperhidrosis) is not so common but it does exist. Keep your child hydrated, give a lot of fluid preferably water.. Reduce the temperature of the AC more so as to make the room cooler..... If you are still bothered about the sweat, visit a paediatrician to confirm if it's a case of true hyperhidrosis

Seriously, it is not a problem.....hope there is nothing biting him on the mattress of the bed....Just Check and if there is nothing, it may just be one of "those things"...habits that will pass with time perhaps the floor is cooler too so make sure the room is cool enough as well and when he is deep in sleep, transfer him to bed!"
Try see a paediatrician for proper examination and treatment
