There are many possible causes of vomiting even overeating or indigestion. It could also be the first symptom of an illness.
The most important thing is to know why or the Cause of the vomiting and address promptly if and when known. Please, kindly take the child to the hospital to see a doctor preferably a paediatrician for further evaluation and treatment.
