Thanks madam Zainab. My baby will be 6 months at the end of this month. But while eating, I do give her to taste. She has eaten mashed Irish potatoes and boiled egg.

You can start introducing home cooked meals like mashed rice, boiled Irish potatoes with boiled egg mashed together, amala nd ewedu with Titus fish (scrambled) fish in the ewedu, beans (very soft or mashed) noodles etc
