The heat nowadays is too much. Pls take off his clothes when its hot. Give him a shower with just Lukewarm water and let him wear just diapers for the period when its hot. He's body is sensitive to temperature change but response not so good in babies. Remember to cover him up later so he doesn't catch cold. Bath him in native flower and coconut back water to clear rashes. Or use agnesia powder
