Please try standing him on your lap, it will pain him but will surely stop, & you can also give ibuprofen baby syrup. That's what I did to my baby yesterday

It will subside don't worry. Just insert a towel in ordinary water n clean his body. If d temperature persists,then take him to d paediatrician.
