Ok, dont worry, it could be mild infection cos if it's malaria, fever doesnt resolve easily. Give them enuf water to drink, take care of their toys, keep ur environment clean so they hand pick stuffs on d ground. Incase it keeps recurring, see ur doc.

How old is ur baby? If d temperature rises too often, i will suggest u see ur doc. Teething isnt d only thing that cause fever in a baby.
