What you should take note is that..baby weight should increase not decrease or stay same....since there is an increase in their weight and they are twins it's a matter of time they would gain more than you expect........ More grease to elbow maam...... Taking care of twins ain't an easy task

Mam kudos with the good work with the 2 of them, even myself with just one she weighed 5.2kg at 10weeks too and her birth weight was 2.9.
