Use a pillow to raise your legs while lying down and try to take a walk at least every evening. Its as a result of retention of water in your body. Its called oedema, you can google it to learn more.

Do Aromatherapy, put coconut oil in water and soak your feet. It worked for me

Hi dear. If ur bld pressure is normal and ur urinalysis is fine. Then all u need to do is to always raise ur leg up when sitting. Avoid standing for too long...then u cld use pillows to raise ur leg up when sleeping. U'll be fine.

Having swollen legs myt b sign of Blood pressure during pregnancy, try nd keep urself busy, watch funny movies, eat healthy food nd take a walk in d mrn nd evening it will help alot nd reduce lot of sugar intake
