It happened to a friend of mine and she tried sma gold and her baby took it so Its very possible her system is rejecting aptamil please try another formula and see if she will still vomit

Check d expiring date on d milk. And u can also test it 2 know if it has lose its taste. U can b giving her fruit puree 2
