How did you check for the fever? Did you use a thermometer? Note that it is advisable to use a thermometer to check your baby's temperature and not your hands. Also, the normal body temperature is between 36.5°c - 37.5°c, anything higher than that it is a fever. If you notice diarrhoea, if the poo is watery and sinks into the diaper, you can give ORS and zinc and also take your child to the hospital for further evaluation.
