@ DrDayo,pls sir I delivered my twins in January tru cs, due to first baby in breech position,which is my first cs,sir,if I want to give birth naturally,wen can I start to conceive should I wait 2 yrs or 3 yrs

You can conceive anytime from august 2018. But endeavor to see your consultant for preconception care/evaluation prior to conceiving. Cheers

@DrDayo, thanks Doc for this response. I have been concerned on when next to conceive. Had a myomectomy and 9 months after,I got pregnant and had to deliver via CS due to a breach in my endometrium during the myomectomy. Now my baby is 10 months,can I try conceiving middle of next year or should I wait till he is 2+ or 3? I will really appreciate if u reply. Thanks

At least 18 months. But you can talk to your consultant. He/she might need to individualize your care.

Reason is so as to allow the operation site on the womb to heal well and regain its strength so that it won't tear apart during subsequent pregnancy

If you deliver through CS operation, you must give a space of 18 months (at least) before you conceive again.

If you've had CS done just once, you can be allowed to deliver the second pregnancy by yourself. If done twice, then subsequent deliveries MUST BE through operation.
