OK tanks @modupe I took a nap b4 it was still dsame thing I just took d chilled Milo some minute back and it worked tanks dear.

Actually panadol and paracetamol have same constituent (acetaminophen) but panadol extra has caffeine added to it. PCM or panadol (acetaminophen) is safe in pregnancy but try taking a cold shower, good meal ( with chilled milo) and take a nap first as the headache cud be stress or hypoglycaemia induced before takin drugs
