Don't give a baby drugs not prescribed by his paediatrician. A baby gets all the immunity he needs from your breast milk.

If you are doing EBF you dont need to give him any drug for now, but you can give him abidec sha cos is multivitamin. For the rashes apply sudocream on the affected area, then you can mix shea butter (ori) with coconut oil n add little skineal as his cream.
