I did cs too , from wen I put to bed I started taking warm and sometimes almost hot water for three months ,it also helps in reduction. When my doctor gave me my 6 weeks clearance,I started doing little exercise but no sit ups yet from seven weeks because I felt my body was ready(please note that our body is different and we all have different mindsets, some mums advice exercise after 5 months of delivery) my first and second pregnancies I started after 7 weeks because I had to get back to work and did not have money to buy new clothes ,lol. So each week I increased the intensity of my work out ,maximum Time 1 hour aerobics every morning and ,I eat vegetables a lot with my meals especially cucumbers,my last meal was 7pm . It wasn't easy but it was worth it . My First pregnancy I added to 110kg from 73kg ,but before my baby one year birthday I was already in 75kg. My second pregnancy I weighedin 104 and Now my baby is 4 months and I am back to work ,I am not yet there yet ,but I can wear most of my old clothes .so exercise ,healthy diet ,discipline ,consistencyand having the right mindset
