Take ur prenatal vitamin well, u can even double it bcos of d number of babies u are carrying. Take enough rest, eat healthy and dont be far from ur doctor.

Congratulations.., I will advice u don't stant for too long and also don't do much work.. Also use lots of soft pillows when sleeping it will help... Tell hubby to rub ur waist with oil or ori.
