Good evening mums, pls Nan 1 n SMA gold which is better for babies? Breast milk isn't flowing for my baby to suck to satisfaction and am so worried.

All baby food contain same nutrients so any one is fine

Also increase ur fluid intake, take fluid diets with milk e.g oat, pap and custard. Drink water after each breastfeeding but if it still doesnt work. U can go for lactogen 1 or peak baby.

For your breastmilk to flow very well, Beloved Mummy, please eat lots of fruits and green vegetables rich in iron and vitamins. Take a lot of bitter leaf soup, ewedu soup, Hot pepper soup and always take Hot tea. I hope this helps.
