Good evening mums and doctors in the house. Can a baby get overfed with breast milk?

Burp ur baby after each feed and let him or her belch... when a baby is satisfied, he or she will stop sucking, u cant over feed them. If a baby doesnt belch immediately after feeding, when he or she wants to do it later, they tend to vomit little quantity of breast milk. So burp ur baby after feeding.
