Also, how old is your baby? If less than 6 months you can use Lactational Amenorrhoea as a natural and effective birth control method.

Hi, there are several ways for birth control for new mothers. Withdrawal is 50-70% effective with a higher chance of being pregnant. You can try using Condoms or other contraception methods. PLEASE Note - there are injectable contraceptive, implants and IUD that are good for breastfeeding mothers. So kindly discuss with your doctor.
