@DrDayo, both hands bcos the 1st one swell and was imm taken to second hand. Both wrist will weak and I can not grab tins with it. It was exactly five years now but it got worse Dan ever before am scared

Sorry about that. 5 years is pretty much. You need to start exercising that wrist. You can visit a neurologist who will prescribed some nerve friendly medications and work out a perfect physiotherapy plan for you. In the meantime, I'll advice you take multivitamins, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, and try to exercise the wrist. Cheers.
