Syr. Azithromycin 5mls 3/7 . This was prescribed for my boy of 10mnts as a result of reoccurring infection. Pls I need correct transcription of( 5ml.

Azithromycin is taken once daily, even for adults. 3/7 means for 3 days. So it's 5mls once a day for three days. For further clarification please check back with the prescriber.
