Try and sit in a warm water with salt in it but pls not hot water OK and let hubby be there to help u, and also try not to be eating food that will make ur stool strong eat more of fruits and vegetables also all the best.
I experienced it too, it's the pressure of the baby, I google it and there's no cause for alarm, it will retract after delivery
