@ Module has shed a lot of light. You have to see d OBGYN to tell you about it. Whilst its now in to birth by CS optionally, my advice is that you only do of if its d last option. The side effects of CS lasts almost a lifetime.

There are lot of indication to cesarean section (CS). For instance; mum with small pelvic, very big baby (like 5kg), breached babies too, woman with prolong labour (that dont open more than 4cm for very long time), woman with placenta previa up to delivery time (placenta lying below covering the opening) etc

Hd c-section bcos scan revealed that my baby ws suffererin from cord compression...it was round his neck twice...dr advised me to go for it cos normal delivery can make me lose d baby...
