@olaogun, soak Tiger nuts overnight and blend together with date fruit and coconut and sieve it and put in the fridge consume your delicious and nutritious natural juice. I bet you will enjoy it and won't stop making it a part of your meal. It's good for lactating moms and kids above 6 months. I usually add it to my kid's lunch box before he left for the boarding school.

it has many health benefits, which makes it a necessary drink for lactating moms. I drank all of mine without sharing it lol. My breastmilk was in excess that day and my baby was so filled while sucking without stress. I'm even thinking of making some coconut juice soon.
