As at two weeks ago when I went for my baby's 6months immunization, doctor said is not proper you stop breastfeeding baby immediately you discover you are pregnant, that it can lead to baby been sick and may die. Breastfeeding baby while you pregnant has nothing to her illness ie keep breastfeeding her, show her much love,small small you stop breastfeeding for the benefit of the two.
