Use tribotan for d rashes en continue with coconut oil and shear butter

Continue with coconut oil for the baby's hair and use Shea butter as the baby cream; use tribotan baby for the treatment of the rash. That was what I used when I was in ur situation and it worked.

Continue with the coconut oil .....you can mix it with Shea butter....it will blend together soon
