My baby is almost six months . he used to act that way. When I put him to sleep I place a small teddy for him to cuddle. Then he got used to it.

If she wakes when u keep her on the bed, still leave her there, it might not b easy for u o bt u have to try, don't make her get used to hand carrying, it will affect u as she grows

Try to reduce it, don't always carry him because he'd get to use to it later. My husband always want us to carry him and now that he's 5months it's telling on us. I'd advise you let him stay in bed/cot by himself sometimes.
