The breastmilk can stay 2to4 days without spoiling as long as it is kept in the fridge but it is always good to give ur baby fresh milk as the nutritional value tends to reduce the longer it stays in the fridge. And try not to top the one in the fridge with a fresh one.

There's no side effect in using pump only that it will reduce the bonding btw you and d baby. Secondly manual is better as it will serve you with or without power supply

Exclusive breastfeeding is when you give just breast milk to your baby,even when you extract the breastmilk it is still exclusive breastfeeding as long as its the milk you give to the baby. To preserve the extracted breastmilk you have to put it in a fridge.
