Any time u feel like to swallow in fact then I know I see ppl take it everyday so long as d soup is available cos u r taking it as medication.. U can decide to jst take it without d swallow.. But it must be served hot and peppery

CONT'D #ADD THE POUNDED YAM ADD YOUR SEASONING TO TASTE INCLUDING THE PEPPER #ONCE THE YAM HAS DISSOLVED U CAN ADD UR WASHED AND CHOPPED UZIZA LEAVE AND ALOW FOR JST A MINUTE THEN THE SOUP IS READY PLS NOTE the soup is watery more like a PEPPERED SOUP the diff is the herbs u boil and d essence of the herbs is to help remove all d unwanted materials dat don't come out and all those unwanted fat... Always serve hot. Its better than taking alcohol for d purpose of tummy slimming

@Hannahfat, here's the recipe the leaves(AHIHIA OGWU) UDA UZIZA PEPPER STOCKFISH, DRIED FISH, BEEF, UZIZA LEAF, CRAYFISH, A LITTLE PIECE OF YAM, SEASONING # WASH AND BOIL THE LEAVES UNTIL IT TURNS BROWN LIKE (AMBER COLOR) PUT THE LITTLE PIECE OF YAM TO BOIL WITH THE LEAVES ONCE IT IS TENDER U REMOVE IT AND POUND # REMOVE THE LEAVES THEN WASH UR STOCK FISH AND BEEF AND STEAM IN THE HERB WATER #POUND UR UDA AND UZIZA SEED IN GENEROUS QUANTITY AND ADD TO D BOILING POT AND CRAYFISH ALSO

@chida, please the recipe and method of preparation. Can someone who did CS take it. @Charity, I also heard that placing hot water bag on a damp towel above the area of the CS helps. The heats the tummy and helps to bring out the blood

Drink a bit hot water, if u can for one month. I did it and it worked for me and also always press ur tummy from in between ur naval so DAT the BSD blood would flush out, my doc did and also asked me to always do so when I had my baby through cs.
