I had my baby try cs and we will be 3months on the 8 of this October. Pls my great people I want to know if I can now use hot water to press my tummy

3mths? Am just a month 2day and I started tiring my tummy from 3wks and hot water, now my tummy is almost normal(c-s) too

You can use it but it won't work again I guess ,I mean both. Monitor your diet n don't eat late at night. You may ask your Dr or mid wife for clarification.
