From personal experience, one's menstrual cycle becomes irregular after a miscarriage but what you should do is; if your cycle is now 32 days,divide it by two. Your ovulation should be around be around 15,16 &17th day. If it goes back to 28 days then your ovulation would be 14days from the start of your menstruation.
