Good day Drs and mum in the house. I want to know the position of my baby cus when I sit down I feel his head on my lap and am feeling much hevy below

Some baby engage early BTW 34-36 weeks while some till labour starts. I had mine at 36weeks and it was like what you described earlier with feeling of dragging and heaviness

How many weeks are you now? It is likely your baby has engage (I.e drop to position in preparation for....)
