Greetings mummies and doctors... Pls who among us was induced at 38weeks and how did it go?

@Ayodeji15861, OK thanks.... I shall be 38weeks by nxt week and I am bin induced cus my baby weight is much... 4.0kg at 37weeks scan.. My doc suggests I get induced nxt week

@Igwe10385, big baby, unfavourable cervix and atimes the reason is unknown, d labour will just refuse to progress.

I was induced at 38weeks, thought painful than normal delivery, but me and my baby is alive Hale and healthy.

Induction could be painful depending on what u are induced with. I've never been induced but i see women being induced almost everyday of my work life. Some progresses are fast while some are slow, some are successful while some fail. But u never can which will fail or progress until u try.
