Reduce ur carbohydrate intake, eat more of protein, veggies and fruits...Dont take junks and carbonated drink, dont take Sugar, use honey instead. Attend ur clinics regularly.

Don't be worried. All u need do is drink allot of water in d morning before you eat anything. Like two hours before u eat
