I had it till I gave birth.. But for u to reduce it.. Wear shoes that are not too tight and don't put on heels.. I also massage my feet when I return from work or u can put ice in a bowl and soak ur feet ..also don't stand too long , it will put pressure on your legs. Lastly buy hot balm and place near u while u sleep. When u feel it coming just shout hubby name .. Lol and let him get to work. Wish you safe delivery
