@Kalbes12435, if u are washing ur private part with warm water as i advised, savlon or purit is more preferred. Augumentin and flagyl are safe in breastfeeding, it wont have effect on ur baby...u av to continue until it heals so it wont breakdown completely.

Were u given antibiotics? If yes, continue with it, use vit C tab too till it heals, eat lots of veggies and fruits especially citrus. Apart from d sit baths, After visiting d toilet or urinating, put some drops of savlon or purit inside lukewarm water and use it to clean up. U will see results.
