Good evening mummys in d house, pls somebody should pls help me, my baby of 3 month has not poo for 5 days. What should I do? Ebf. Tnx

It's normal. But I try to help My baby by dropping water on his anus while bathing. I do this cos I see him struggling to poo. So I massage his tommy with warm water (a bit hot but tolerable), i den position the bathing foam to be dropping the water on his anus (helps sphincter relax) and he poos. Was quite harder than his usuals.

Ebf its normal for them to skip days not poo my baby does DAT too so its nothing to worry about ,but u can take orange so DAT it will help d baby boo easily
