I have make thesame complain before, Dr say I shouldn't worry dt I should born first dt it will surely come moreover @Blessing gave a very nice respond

Continue to clean, drag d nipple and press everyday... It will come out. Try and do it. It will help u lactate immediately u give birth. It worked for me
