Pls u can express d breast milk and use feeding bottle to feed d baby. Maybe he is finding it difficult to suck.

Am not a professional in child care, don't know what you should do as per your child refusing to suck after immunisation, but as per one breast bigger than the other, since it happened to me while I was breastfeeding my first born, its simply as a result of you not giving him milk from the right as much as the left side. Please balance it, mine was so bad that it was obvious from my clothing's.
