Coconut is good for breastfeeding mum, if you are on drugs don't take it

@chida, am a FTM and my son is 9 weeks old , so I don't know if it causes cough, or if it's not good for the baby's health

I don't think so except for cough doh even doh I don't know if ur r an expectant mom or u have a baby aldy but also note DAT coconut is known for its ability to reduce the efficacy of a drug so if u or ur baby is on drug u may choose to avoid it
