You need to find a safer method of contraception. Talk to your doc about family planning option you can go for. However, you can take postinor as emergency contraceptive ONLY as one time thing. It is not known to adversely affect breast milk production but some hormones may be pass on to the child via the milk and the effect of such is yet to be validated.
