Yes you should, as there is a high risk of parasites infestation in children even after maintaining hygiene and also it is also caused of malnutrition in babies thus it is important to deworm your child every six months with single dose of 1 tablet of albendazole(400mg) or mebendazole, for children 2 yrs and above...and 1/2 tablet of albendazole (400mg) or mebendazole, for children between 1 yr -2yr....some doctors also prescribe VITAMIN A Tablets along with this
