In addition, Eat more of fruits and vegetables, reduce carbs intake but if it persists, see ur doctor.

That means you have pile,if there is a lump around the anus that is heamorroid, try and eat less of rice and bread..eat food that is high in fiber and drink more water so that your faeces will not be strong...see your doctor if the blood persist
