With my calculations, 23rd and 28th sex can make u pregnant, if u have sex with thesame person, he should be d father but Dr can still tell u d right one

If u ave a 28day cycle lenght, u ovulate 14days after d 1st day of ur last menses nd ur most fertile period ll b btw day 13-15th after ur menses. I hope it helps
