She can't blink when u bring ur finger closer becos her eye lashed that protects the eyes are still small.

Don't worry she is fine, just check whether she react to light as in look towards light sources. I had similar fear with my baby but cant recollect exact week she started seein so well. Now she can look ehn @10weeks. So be patient

Try putting light close to her eyes.she's absolutely fine and don't think any thing apart from my baby is fine.
