How,do u know that you are not lactating? Did u press your breast to notice milk coming out well? If u hv a breast pump, express some to knw what qty to produce per time. Like everybody has said,if you really want to do EBF,U need to takr lots of fluid n eat very well

Pls always drink tea and milk in the morning and night u can also drink pap as well my breast was doing d same thing but now I have enough milk in my breast.

Take lot of moringa tea with ginger, u can also take coconut tiger nuts and dates,lot of watery pap (don't sieve it) is also very good and also make sure u get some rest

If u really want to go for exclusive,then most of Wat goes into ur system must be hot fluids. Hot tea,hot pap,hot pepper soup so that it will interpret it to ur brain that it's time for d breast to produce milk. But if u a nt on exclusive then u can get d baby milk for her. Best of luck
