@Nkemojems. Put her on regular time schedule for sleeping and other activities. E.g wake her early in the morning say 6am or 7am, feed,bathe her. Read a book, or play with her, then put her back to sleep around 10. Wake her up around 12, feed, playtime. Put her to sleep again. But wake her up before 4pm. From 4pm to 6 or 7,feed,playtime,. At 7, bath her, massage turn off lights or reduce noise around, feed. And put her to sleep. Do that everyday she would get used to it.

Same with my baby I decided not to bath her early at night and I make sure I use hot water to massage her boday den feed her my dear she will just sleep off.
