@Nkem15948, Cussons oil, Johnson baby oil...there are so many brands. However it is what you can afford. If you are looking for organic products you can find as well especially Nigerian made.

@Christ14956, heat rashes doesn't need antibiotics. She should just dress her baby on lighter clothes, applying prickly heat powder can help.

The weather is hot now so shea butter will be very hot on his skin causing rash use agnesia instead

Shea butter as it implies is butter. It's thicker than a lotion. So its bound to cause heat rashes especially when it is heavily applied on the skin. Don't forget that some mothers overdress their babies during the heat and some babies end up with rashes whilst using shea butter. However, some babies might just be allergic to the butter.

Stop the Shea butter for a while,you can use Johnson baby Vaseline or any baby vaseline please and get Agnesia powder for your baby it will clear.
