Pls do not switch drugs like that especially for babies, if you have finished neofylin and the cold still persist you may need to take her to see a paediatric doc. You will also need to change your attitude maybe you expose her a lot. Pls do not give your baby drugs not prescribed by doctors especially antibiotics. Good luck!

I don't think cough mixtures are appropriate for infants. I would suggest you go to your hospital. When my baby had cough and catarrh, he was given antibiotics not cough mixture. You could google it as well
