I use pro, it has omega 3 and it is nutritionally complete. Besides it's relatively new in the market so hard to see fake. In fact most supermarkets don't have it.

Pro is foreign. Pro works, it's the former advance gold system, d just changed their packaging. It's more expensive sha but use pro.

According to my friend that is using it, she said the gold is sugary and you can use it with pap or any cereal but the pro u can not.
